new to buddyslim

Well, I am new to buddyslim.  I am fed up with my overeating.  I have been chowing down on my child’s easter candy.  I have put on a lot of extra weight since having my two children.  I need some advice on finding time to exercise.  My children are 3 and 8 months old and I am a stay at home mom.  I would like some healthy recipes that are yummy.  I really just need help getting motivated. Any advice or comments are welcome. THANKS!
