NEED SOME MOTIVATION
I need to be motivated. I am a stay at home mom with two beautiful little girls. I went back to work after having my second daughter and immediately lost 20 pounds. I did great. I ate healthy, walked on my lunchbreak, and I didn’t snack because I was too busy working.
rnSkip ahead 5 months. I quit my job because daycare was too expensive for 2 children. So now, I am bored at home, I found the 20 lbs I lost, and I am constantly snacking. I rarely work out because I feel like I don’t have the time. I am on my way to gain more weight instead of lose. I really need to lose the weight. I recently found out my cholesterol is high. I just don’t feel healthy. I don’t really know what the definition of binge eating is, but I know I have a problem. I often eat when I’m not hungry. I am addicted to peanut butter. I just need some motivation and support. If anyone has any tips on how to fit in exercise with a 3 year old and an 8 month old, I would appreciate it. Sorry if it seems like I’m whining but I’m just feeling miserable today.
